Description
Chemical databases have become an essential tool in many research fields. From chemical engineering, to chemical synthesis or biological science, a plethora of dedicated databases can boost your research. Chemical databases are useful tools to build the "state of the art" of a subject of interest. Another interesting aspect relies with experimental data predicted or shared by users to confirm your own structural hypothesis.
After a quick overview of open access databases (CAS, Kegg, Lipidmaps, HMDB, ChEMBL...) this training course will focus on their specificity and some application based on real data.
